We provide training that focuses on eradicating gendered violence from the workplace.
Gendered violence is any behaviour, action, system or structure that causes physical, sexual, psychological or economic harm to a worker because of their sex, gender, sexual orientation or because they do not adhere to dominant gender stereotypes or socially prescribed gender roles.

This course is open to everyone, regardless of gender or the gender composition of your workplace. Work-related gendered violence, including sexual harassment, is a serious occupational health and safety issue that can harm any worker regardless of gender or sexual orientation.

- WorkSafe’s definition of gendered violence
- Examples of work-related gendered violence, including what it looks like for women, men and LGBTIQ people
- Work-related gendered violence as an Occupational Health and Safety hazard
- Reflective piece on work-related gendered violence in your workplace
- How to respond to incidents of gendered violence
