Family & Domestic Violence: A Workplace Issue Training
Family and domestic violence is not just a personal issue—it’s a workplace issue. Under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), all workers now have access to new Family and Domestic Violence (FDV) Leave provisions.
The course:
- Provides an understanding of the societal context in which this legislation has been produced
- Explains the unique nature of Family and Domestic Violence leave
- Identifies options for supporting members and workers who disclose Family and Domestic Violence
- Other considerations that come out of the new provisions, including interactions with enterprise agreements

Time: 9.30am - 12.30pm
Duration: 3 hour course
Cost: $100 + GST per person
