Family & Domestic Violence: A Workplace Issue

This course aims to educate participants on the new Family and Domestic Violence Leave provisions of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).  Our Family and Domestic Violence (FDV) Leave training:

  • Provides an understanding of the societal context in which this legislation has been produced
  • Explains the unique nature of Family and Domestic Violence leave
  • Identifies options for supporting members and workers who disclose Family and Domestic Violence
  • Other considerations that come out of the new provisions, including interactions with enterprise agreements

This course is suitable for unions, employers, and workers to better understand the entitlement.

The course runs for 3 hours.
