The course begins by giving HSRs a general refresher in the Victorian OHS Act 2004 and then specializes in work-related gendered violence.
The course covers:

A refresher on key rights and powers under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004
-
What constitutes work-related gendered violence, including the role of harmful gender stereotypes

-
How HSRs can identify risks and use their powers to address work-related gendered violence as a health and safety issue
