New Minimum Standards
From March 2027, landlords must improve energy efficiency in rental homes, including energy-efficient heating and hot water, ceiling insulation, draught-proofing, 4-star showerheads, and energy-efficient cooling in the main living area to help lower your power bills and keep your home more comfortable.
We can help you write an email to your landlord to get the ball rolling on these improvements before next year.
Solar rebates for Renters
Solar panels drastically reduce power bills, especially when combined with electric heat pumps and induction cooktops replacing old gas appliances.
Landlords are eligible for discounts on solar on their rental properties as well as interest free loans.

Item 3: Promotion Period |
Entries for all draws open on 01 April at 8:00AM (AEST)The Promotion Period takes place over nine rounds as follows:

Item 4: Prize Draw Date |
The prize will be drawn the same business day morning at 2:00PM (AEST).

Item 5: Prize claim |
The Prize from the Prize Draw Date must be claimed within ten (10) business days of notification being sent to the winner. |

Item 6: Draw method |
The winner will be selected at random via electronic draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period specified in Item 3. The draws will take place at 54 Victoria Street Carlton VIC 3053 at the time detailed above in Item 4. |
