Reproductive health is a workplace issue!
It's no secret that personal and sick leave entitlements are not sufficient to support women to manage their reproductive health, including menstruation, menopause, IVF treatments and other reproductive health care needs. That's why unions have been campaigning to win reproductive leave and other supports as workplace entitlements through collective bargaining.
If we want to end the gender pay gap, we need to win better rights for women and end the stigma around reproductive health.
Join your sisters and comrades for a session on the groundbreaking work union women are doing to win reproductive leave: how to organise a campaign, best practices and the enterprise agreement clauses that have been achieved. This session will benefit all workers who want to win improved workplace rights and better recognition of reproductive health as a workplace issue.
