UNION WOMEN WIN: Legislation to restrict Non-Disclosure Agreements has passed Victorian parliament and will now become law.

After over three years of dedicated campaigning, union women have won legislation to restrict the use of non-disclosure agreements in cases of workplace sexual harassment.
