It means that women and gender diverse people must work 60 additional days each year to make the same as men.
It just doesn't add up and it's not good enough. That's why we're taking the pay gap public!
Join Organise for Equality activists this UnEqual Pay Day as we take to the streets and ask the community to help us calculate the cost of the gender pay gap. Activists can sign up to participate in one or more shifts for the day. The shifts will start with a briefing on the State Library lawns, before we set off to talk to the public in CBD locations.
