Let's get organising! For this month's Solidarity Night we'll be doing a day-time Gig Worker Blitz.

Gig workers providing services like food delivery and rideshare have become an important part of out day-to-day life but the law hasn’t caught up with us and these workers are some of the most vulnerable and poorly protected. We'll be surveying gig workers to tell us their stories and the changes they want to see to make their jobs more secure and safe.

We will be providing some drinks and snacks and it'll also be a great opportunity to meet up with other young worker activists. 

Our Solidarity Event will be in the ETU Ballroom at Victorian Trades Hall Council on Wednesday the 24th of April from 1pm -4pm.

Workers aged 30 and under are encouraged to attend Young Workers Centre events.
