Calling all young activists! Whether you're brand new to the junior wages campaign, or you've been here since the start, the Young Workers Centre wants you at our April phone bank.

Young workers today face an uphill battle; the cost of living, junior wages, increased casualisation and wage theft are all MASSIVE barriers to young people who are just getting started in life!

The current junior wages system means big businesses like Coles, Maccas and Woolies are taking $3.5 billion off young workers, every year! And it doesn't end there! Young workers under 18 don't earn superannuation (unless they work full time) and our young apprentices are still not earning enough to get by! If you want to fix these issues and more, RSVP and come along! 

Join us on the campaign to end junior wages by coming along to the our April Phone Bank. We're gonna call some of our supporters who haven't signed the petition yet and make sure that they do. This will be a great night to talk to comrades about the fight for young people and why it's important to abolish junior wages.
