Section 67 of the OH&S Act 2004 entitles all elected Health & Safety Reps and Deputy Health & Safety Reps who have completed a 5 Day Initial OHS Training Course to attend a one day refresher training course each year and choose the course they wish to attend in consultation with their employer.
Work-related gendered violence including sexual harassment is a serious occupational health and safety issue that can be addressed under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004.

This WorkSafe approved HSR Refresher OHS Training Course aims to provide HSRs with the skills and knowledge needed to raise and resolve, on behalf of their designated work group members, health and safety issues arising from incidents of work-related gendered violence.
