Our Free Workshops

Free workshops for hospo workers: the rights, the tools, the back-up you need at work

If you've worked in events or hospo, chances are you've put up with things you shouldn't have to. Wages that didn't add up. Shifts cancelled by text on your way to work. Inappropriate comments and behaviour from customers, managers or co-workers. You're not alone and you're not stuck with it. These short, free sessions give you the tools to understand your rights, recognise when they're being breached, and build the confidence and skills to act on them.

We've put together four 45-minute workshops. Free, with a choice of in-person or online.

They're run by people who've worked in hospo themselves. No jargon, no pressure, just practical knowledge you can take straight back to your shift, so you know what to do when something's wrong.

Pick the one that speaks to your situation or do the full series.

They build on each other, but each one stands on its own.
