Women and gender diverse people play a vital role in every workplace — however our workplaces are still highly segregated by gender. That means women more commonly working in certain industries like education, care and social services, while men more commonly work in industries like construction, manufacturing, transport and logistics.

While change is happening, it’s still one of the biggest ongoing barriers to real equality at work. Whether you've faced issues around respect, safety, career progression or flexibility — or you've worked in a supportive and inclusive team within a male dominated industry or workplace — your insights matter and we want to hear your story. Can you share your experience of equality at work with us?

These focus groups will be small, relaxed chats that will be conducted online. By attending an Equality at Work Focus group, you can help us better understand how to make workplaces safer, more accessible, and more equal for all workers — and especially for women and gender diverse people.
