Equal Workplace Advocate Program

Equal Workplace Advocate Program

To improve gender equality at work, we need to ensure women and gender diverse workers are empowered with knowledge and skills to create change. The Equal Workplace Advocate program (EWA) is designed to upskill women and gender diverse unionists so they can become leaders in their workplaces and lead change on gender equality in male- dominated industries.

Express your interest in the Program here, and let us know what change you want to see most for women in your industry.

Time and Location:
The program runs over three days and participants  are hosted at Victorian Trades Hall Council. There are multiple intakes, contact the Trades Hall Women’s team for dates at [email protected]
