Ari Casanova, proud United Workers Union member & Candidate School 2024 alumni, is running for Sheoak Ward in Maribyrnong City Council this October. Ari is an Australian Labor Party member, however the party does not offer endorsements in this council area.
Join follow unionists & activists for a doorknock to talk to the community about the importance of representing workers values on council.
If we want government that addresses the needs of real people, we need more real people to win elections - people with experience working on the shop floor, the warehouse, in classrooms, and in hospitals.
The doorknock runs for 2 hours, but Ari will be there all day so volunteers are encouraged to stick around longer if they can!
