Help Us Ban Bad Bosses!
Apprentices all over Victoria are standing up for their rights, pay and safety. The recent McKell report has revealed just how bad the state of the apprenticeship scheme is here in Victoria. Only 52% of apprentices finish their training, with most citing workplace bullying and abuse as the reason.
That's why we've organised a meeting with the Victorian State Government to discuss the problems and give apprentices a chance to have a seat at the decision making table.
If you're a current or former apprentice then we would like to invite you to come at tell your story to Minister Tierney, the minster in charge of the Victorian apprenticeship scheme. In order to make change apprentices need to have their voices heard, and tell the government exactly what's wrong and what needs to change.
