Are you a manager, supervisor, or part of your workplace OHS Committee? This 2-day course is designed specifically for you.
You’ll gain a solid understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 and your legal responsibilities under it.
This course will also cover the new Psychological Health Regulations that came into effect in December 2025. Managers and supervisors will gain an understanding of how to identify psychosocial hazards and reduce risks to psychological health in the workplace.
While this course is not a substitute for the 5-Day HSR Initial OHS Training, it provides essential knowledge to help you support a safe and healthy workplace.
Why it matters:
Managers, supervisors, and committee members play a crucial role in workplace health and safety. Under the OHS Act, employers must, so far as is reasonably practicable, provide a working environment that is safe and without risks to health.
This course covers:
-
Planning – Identifying and controlling workplace hazards
-
Integration – Embedding health and safety into daily operations alongside productivity, quality, and customer service
-
Involvement – Understanding your role in building a culture and practice of safety through active commitment and collaboration
Whether you're new to these responsibilities or want a refresher, this course will give you the tools to lead on safety with confidence.
