Women as HSRs – Q&A and Networking

Have you ever wondered who is responsible for health and safety at your workplace?

It's crucial that we have women health and safety representatives in our workplaces, but what's it like to be one? Come along for an evening of all things health and safety! Hear from other women HSR's about their experience of being their workplace health and safety rep, ask questions and get involved in your workplace.

We'll hear from women health and safety reps from different industries, including transport, construction, health and community services about why they got involved in advocating for safe workplaces, how they've overcome challenges in their role as HSRs, learn about their approach to the role and how they've helped create safe workplaces for all workers! This will be a great opportunity to connect with women HSRs and ask anything you ever wanted to know about being a HSR.

This session is open to women and non-binary and gender diverse comrades.
