As part of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender Based Violence join union women and allies as we walk to end family violence. 

We invite you to join the union contingent for the Walk Against Family Violence, to stand in solidarity with victim-survivors and continue the fight to improve workplace protections and end family violence.

Union members understand that family violence is a workplace issue. Together we can collectively organise for change to end it. By standing together unions have won 10 days of paid family and domestic violence leave for all workers and continue the fight for better rights for workers experiencing it. 

Meet at ArtPlay on the river facing side at 9:45am. We will head to Birrarung Marr Hilltop for a 10am start. We will depart Birrarung Marr shortly after to walk to the Treasury Gardens (approximately 700m walk).
