The We Are Union campaign has focused on volunteer union members talking to their friends, family and neighbours. It’s a genuine grassroots effort that has seen over 1000 people volunteer their time to make calls and knock on doors, talking about the important issues like jobs, health, education and emergency services.
Essential shows volunteers’ efforts are working and that the Coalition is down to just 38% of the primary vote.

We Are Union isn’t just about kicking out the Napthine Government: we’re changing politics in Victoria.
We’re making sure that the issues working people care about are front and centre: that this government is accountable for its failures.
Since the election in 2010, the Napthine-Baillieu government has watched as 41 jobs each and every day have been wrecked. There are now more than 198,000 people who want to work but can’t find a job, because the Liberals don’t have a jobs plan.
Meanwhile, they have cut millions of dollars from health, education, the TAFE system, the fire services and our ambulance service.
In one way or another, every Victorian worker has been let down by Denis Napthine.
So thanks for being a part of this campaign!
