After over three years of dedicated campaigning led by union women, the Victorian Government introduced nation-leading legislation to restrict the use of non-disclosure agreements for sexual harassment matters. The Restricting Non-Disclosure Agreements (Sexual Harassment at Work) Bill has to pass both houses of the Victorian Parliament to become law.
