After over three years of dedicated campaigning led by union women, the Victorian Government has introduced nation-leading legislation to restrict the use of non-disclosure agreements for sexual harassment matters. The Restricting Non-Disclosure Agreements (Sexual Harassment at Work) Bill has passed in the Lower House of the Victorian Parliament.
