Phonebank to support CUB workers

11 weeks ago, 55 long standing Carlton and United Breweries maintenance workers were sacked. They were told they could re-apply for their jobs with a 65% pay cut.

CUB makes billions of dollars profit every year: they can afford to pay their workers properly. This is pure greed.

The CUB 55 are fighting hard for their reinstatement and to end the shameful anti-worker, anti-union tactics of CUB – this is our chance to help them win.

We need to make sure the public know about CUB’s disgusting treatment of its workers.

Join us to at our Phone Bank next Thursday evening to speak to union members and our supporters to invite them to the biggest CUB rally yet which will be outside Parliament on 8th September.
